Q. When do we play matches?

A. Matches are played home & away, 10am and 12 noon on Sundays​

Q. Do the balls have to be new?

A. Yes, and unopened until each match is about to commence

Q. What is a team

A. A team consists of 3 ladies & 3 men (over 18)

Q. What is a match?

A. A match is a Men's doubles, a Ladies Doubles and Mixed Doubles...best of 3 tie-break sets.

Q. What's the "draw"?

A. The draw happens before each match, this is completed by home/away Captains - First Lady drawn plays Mixed Doubles, First Man drawn plays Mixed doubles...remaining players pair up for Men's and Ladies Doubles

Q. How do we do the draw?

A. All players rackets are placed in 2 piles (Home and Away Team). Home teams captain draw away teams rackets and Vise-Versa.

Q. How do I postpone a match?

A. Contact opposing team Captain & Justin Phelan

​

Q. Will there be matches on August Bank Holiday?

A. No..it's a free weekend!

​

Q. What is the entrance fee?

A. €65,...Post cheques to  Justin Phelan, Naas Tennis Club, Naas Dublin rd., Naas, Co.Kildare made payable to KILDARE TENNIS LEAGUE
